FOURPLAIT is a Māori owned storytelling consultancy and production company based in Aotearoa New Zealand, founded by Jessica Sanderson and Olly Coddington, two screen production professionals who have predominately created work amplifying Māori and Pacific stories.
The company works with senior leaders, academics, and professionals seeking to build a public presence that is relational rather than performative. Services include one-on-one Story Clarity Sessions, a self-directed Story Map Toolkit, and an in-person Storytelling Circle.

STORY CLARITY
Work with Jessica Sanderson in one-to-one sessions to find the single thread that runs through everything you know, teach, believe in, and practice.
What is your lived experience, and what are you trying to build? Who are you trying to help or reach? Do you know who and where they are? What transformation are they seeking?
Until your central thread and audience are visible to you, everything you share will have limited resonance.
STORY FORM
Once you have found the thread, we build the structures that hold it and methods to share it. Form is where clarity becomes something other people can receive.
The approach we make for you can’t be copied, because no one has your lived experience and expertise.
STORY PRESENCE
Here you will tap into our years of production and design experience to tailor an approach that aligns with you.
Presence is what we name this phase, as it’s about you inhabiting your story authentically. You can do this with confidence, knowing that the approach we have set for you aligns with your values.
